Nothing says Valentine's Day like chocolate covered strawberries๐Ÿ“๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ˜ INGREDIENTS: strawberries, 3 Tbsp coconut oil, 1/3 cup raw cacao powder, 2 Tbsp raw agave INSTRUCTIONS: - Rinse strawberries and pat dry. - Warm coconut oil on low heat, bringing it to a liquid. - Whisk together coconut oil, raw cacao and agave until smooth. - Dip strawberries into chocolate while holding onto the leaves of the strawberries. Roll the cacao around the edges. - Place dipped strawberries onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour. Vegan, healthy, and sexy af! Enjoy those guiltless goodies! ๐Ÿ˜˜

This looks worse than it is ๐Ÿคข In fact, it is actually extremely relaxing๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ! I find myself craving it at times. As you can tell, I am a fan of the unproven and oh so controversial therapy called cupping! This is simply because for me, it works๐Ÿ’ฏ Cupping is an form of alternative medicine that dates back to ancient Egyptian civilization around 5000 years ago. It is considered effective and healthy when done by a professional. Dry Cupping (what you see me doing in this video ) is when a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. It is a lifting technique and can be done both statically and dynamically(gliding). Suction is applied on the skin, the reverse pressure helps with pain, inflammation, anxiety, fatigue, cellulite, blood flow, relaxation,and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Wet cupping or HIJAMA is something that I have never tried before but hear it can be amazing and even more effective than dry cupping. Hijama is combined with acupuncture in one treatment. First cups are applied for a few minutes then removed and small shallow incisions are made and the cups are reapplied drawing out small amounts of blood. This blood is believed to be diseased or unhealthy and its discharge provides a way for detoxification by removing pathogens, toxins, and impurities from blood which might be blocking the passage for its smooth flow. Some tips: โ€ขCupping can be done as often as three times a week but best to let bruises to heal fully before using this therapy again. โ€ขThis shouldn't leave any marks if a professional is doing it! After a few weeks, you won't be able to tell where you got it done. โ€ขIt is not advised for those with skin irritations or a high fever. Also, pregnant women should avoid cupping on their stomach and lower back. โ€ขAfter cupping, the skin is in a state of healing making it more sensitive and fragile. Avoid taking a bath/shower/massage for a few hours before and after cupping otherwise it can lead to skin damage or inflammation. Love you ! Let me know your thoughts xo. Vegan Curry Chickpea Burgers, yum! Is your mouth already watering?๐Ÿ‘… These burgers are so flavorful and filling, and super nutritious! I tried out this new plant-based recipe and it is beyond easy, guys! Not to mention full of protein and fiber! INGREDIENTS: - 2 Tbsp coconut oil - 1 Sweet onion, diced - Cilantro (just a handful) - 1 tsp Curry powder - 1 can (19 ounces) Chickpeas - 1 Grated carrot ๐Ÿฅ• (for extra flavor!) INSTRUCTIONS: - In a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp of oil. Add onion, carrot and cilantro and fry until soft. - Add the curry powder and fry for 1 min. - Use a food processor or blender to blend the chickpeas until smooth. - Add the cooked veggies and mix well. - Heat up 1 Tbsp oil in same pan and place your patties in the pan. - Cook on medium heat for a few minutes, flipping occasionally. A favorite of mine is the famous โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Dip๐Ÿ”ฅ โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € - 1 cup. Soak RAW cashews in a bowl of warm water for at least 30 minutes. - heat oven to 375F with glass pan coated with some delicious coconut oil. -use a large food processor or vitamix (steamed cauliflower -12oz., cashews-1cup., chickpeas-16oz., FRANKโ€™S REDHOT hot sauce-3/4cup., water-1/2cup., lemon juice-1/2 or whole lemon., nutritional yeast-1/2 cup., onion powder-1/2TSP., and garlic powder-1/2TSP. )Process until silky smooth. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € -put mix into glass dish and cover with foil for 20 min. Then remove foil and broil for 5 more min to crisp the top. -Wash and chop up your organic fresh veggies instead of the chips and enjoy !!!!
