Getting my Instagram modeling on here, how’d I do? 😝 sorry no bum shots haha! Jokes! I couldn’t resist waking out along my private pool in the rainforest at the @ritzcarltonlangkawi everyday 🌿 usually on the lookout out for monkeys and hornbills - I could (and did) watch the wildlife here for hours 🐒 And I definitely couldn’t resist checking out all the amazing tropical trees on the island, what a lush place! Once a treehugger, always a treehugger ❤️ #rcmemories #ritzcarltonlangkawi

Happy World Penguin Day 🐧 best day of the year, I must say. Speaking as someone who is borderline obsessed with these guys (and doing a funny little penguin dance every time I’m near them, right @jarradseng?), traveling in January to South Georgia on my way to Antarctica with @quarkexpeditions and @intrepidtravel and finally laying eyes on penguin colonies of an unfathomable scale, blew my mind, literally. I couldn’t deal. We are so so so lucky places like this still exist on earth 🌏 my personal theory is you can’t watch penguins and NOT smile - we could do with more penguins. I’ve got a whole penguin story saved on my highlights reel - be sure to watch! #worldpenguinday #beintrepid

Exploring local temples in Kuala Lumpur ❤️ @ritzcarlton #rcmemories

Didn’t just eat noodles and street food when I was in Kuala Lumpur with the @ritzcarlton, and I really enjoyed checking out the local modern haunts around the city! Every meal I had was fabulous 😍 #rcmemories #80stays

This might have to be one of the most beautiful domes I’ve ever seen inside a mosque - spotted on my recent trip to Kuala Lumpur with @treyratcliff 💕 I tried to take in all different cultural sites while in Malaysia, especially temples and mosques, love seeing places like this @ritzcarlton #rcmemories #80stays

Everyday I wake up so happy and grateful that my job is my biggest passion - travel and sharing stories 😊 along with @georgiarickard and @laurenepbath, two amazing badass travelers, two years ago we built our own conference to teach other people how build the life they’ve always dreamed of too, and the @thetravelbootcamp was born ❤️ for one day only we share all of our knowledge, stories, key facts and takeaways from years and years of experience working in the travel industry with you all, no BS. We are candid; honest and raw - our next event is on the Gold Coast in June 30 and we still have early bird tickets left that end this weekend. Save and get one before they’re gone - link in my bio ✌🏻 #thetravelbootcamp #followyourdreams

This is my face after reading through every single reply and message from you all in response to my post from yesterday 😄 coincidentally, this is also my penguin face, both things which make me feel incredible, uncontrollable joy 🐧 Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I’m now more convinced than ever about my commitment to being a responsible blogger with the things I share and working as hard as I can to inspire sustainable travel to you all ❤️ we are very lucky to have such an incredible planet, and it’s time to give back and make sure it stays that way for everyone who wants to experience the world too. On another note, this photo comes from my recent trip to the ends of the earth, Antarctica, with @intrepidtravel ❄️ I am very proud to be aligned with such a mindful, responsible business, who is also deeply committed to sustainable tourism and has been carbon neutral for 8 years, was the first global tour operator to end elephant rides and does a myriad of other great things like investing in local communities and wildlife conservation projects. #BeIntrepid #imapenguin #penguindance 📷 @jarradseng

Yesterday I did something scary and finally stood up and took a public stand on something that means a lot to me - protecting our community and beautiful natural spaces in New Zealand, particularly in Wanaka where I live, both around freedom camping and camping on our iconic Roys Peak 😬 I hesitated for so long about how to talk about this because my job is literally telling people to travel and come to New Zealand, but I realized I wasn't standing up for my values - all I care about is protecting my adopted country and inspiring the right people with the right behavior to come here, and teaching people respectful ways to travel. Pitching a tent on New Zealand's most popular day walk is rude. Camping in front of people's houses in your car and shitting everywhere is rude. Doing your dishes on the lakefront is rude. This kind of disrespectful behavior has no place here. Knock. It. Off. 🙌🏻 And I think its high time influencers who write about these places, who share these perfect photos (me included) think about their responsibilities and the messages they are sending to their followers, and what kind of behaviors they are encouraging. I'm copping so much shit for saying all this, and getting so much hate but I don't care. It’s about time someone took a stand on this, might as well be me, eh? 🌿 New Zealand has some of the best nature on earth, let's keep it that way. Share it with respect. Come but be mindful. ✨ Whatungarongaro te tangata toitū te whenua // As man disappears from sight, the land remains. 😊 More on my Stories ✌🏻#beresponsible #naturefrother

Surprise ✨ we’ve extended early bird ticket sales for an additional week for our next @thetravelbootcamp event on the Gold Coast (‘Straya) for June 30th. This will be our 5th event (omg) and we can’t wait to share everything we’ve learned about building a long term career in the travel industry. It’s very fun vibes, candid, no BS, and you can ask us anything, from what we charge to how to grow a real following and get paid to travel the world 🙌🏻 it’s the most fun and I can’t wait! See my Stories and bio for the link to ticket sales ☺️

When I think about Antarctica, this is what I remember. I loved the absolute silence on an overcast day, with only the wind howling to remind you of sound before the ship crunches though the thin ice. I can’t even imagine negotiating these waters like Shackleton and the great polar explorers of a century ago did. What legends @antarcticheritage #inspireexplore

Swimming in the pouring rain makes me so happy 🍃💧😋 @ritzcarlton #80stays #rcmemories

Today I’m taking over the @antarcticheritage Instagram page and sharing some of my favorite memories, stories and moments from exploring South Georgia at the end of the world. I’m so excited to tell you about this place, which quickly became my favorite spot on earth - be sure to follow along today to learn more about the heroic explorers, penguins, icebergs and even whalers (yikes) ❄️🐧✌🏻 #inspiringexplorers
