πŸŽ₯ MOVEMENT πŸ’ͺ🏻 No sets, no reps just going with it 🌊 I often have these times before or after workout where my concentration is solely on my body, how it’s feeling and how it’s moving. No reps to count, no timer... all thoughts are on movement. If you don’t do it all ready this is something I’d definitely recommend trying. You can tune out the stresses of daily life when you workout. Just make sure you tune IN to your body. Ps. This duck is so stealth πŸ˜„ @activeescapesthailand

Details: * Perform 20 secs Pausing High Knees in between each movement. βœ–οΈ40 secs Travelling Bear Flips βœ–οΈ40 secs Lateral Bear Crawl + Death Roll βœ–οΈ40 secs Lateral Plank Walk + Swimmer Push-up Rest 60-90 seconds in between rounds. 4 rounds * Pausing high knees are a great way to promote hip stability when running. Aim to square your hips each time you pause. Wearing: @adidasau
