For all my hustlers out there making things happen don't worry about being perfect... it doesn't exist. In fact I would argue it's those imperfections, past failures, and disappointments that will ultimately lead you to your goals. Low Back Stiff? It might be your glutes...here are 4 of my favorite go to drills to loosen up those glutes and alleviate that annoying and often painful low back discomfort. Try each pattern from 2-5 minutes per glute hunting for any tight or trouble spots. Often times what people believe to be chronic low back issues are simply just β€œtight” or troubled glutes referring that pain. Sharing dinner tonight with these amazing, talented beautiful young ladies....Most of us don’t remember the days we worked a little longer, or got a few more remedial tasks done, but what we do remember are the moments we shared with those who matter to us most. As we age our circle of friends often decreases in size but it increases in value. The takeaway: make time to connect with those people who matter to you in your life. If you can’t physically be with them, giving them a call, email, or text can start a dialogue that can brighten not only their day but yours as well. 12 x 24 ~ 12 Reps EMOM for 24 Total Minutes alternating between - 12 Reps of Skier Swings on Minute 1 and 12 Reps of KB Rack Squats on Minute 2~ that’s 1 cycle complete 12 total cycles for 24 minutes of work. Quick efficient lower body dominate session. Scale the load of KB accordingly to what you can handle and tag me at if you crush these high volume packed 24 minutes.

50 Core Wheel Push-up Finisher ~ Admittedly I hate boring direct Ab work so I like to spice it up when I target the abs. Here is the advanced setup: 10 Core Wheel Single Fly Pushups Left Arm then hit 10 with the right arm. Next move into 10 Core Wheel Extension Pushups Left Arm then hit 10 worst the right arm. Finish with 10 Double Core Wheel Fly Pushups = 50 total Pushups. Great little advanced abs and upper body finisher for beginners you can try all these variations from the knees with similar results. Mandatory Mid-Week Mobility ~ Mobility matters guys regardless of how β€œbusy” you are please make time for it. If you are unsure what to do prior to training consider putting just 3 minutes on the clock and flowing through this Spider-Man drill to let your body up and move a little through space to see what β€œtight” or you can include this flow as part of any circuit. I have always thought Anthony Hopkins was an OG ....I made it a habit years ago to consume positive things daily everything from what I eat, read, listen to and so on. One BIG thing I did was plaster quotes everywhere I look that not only lift me up but serve as a reminder to stay positive and focused when life kicks you in the face (which happens to us all often) The takeaway: plastering quotes all over my gym walls, my home on mirrors, post-it notes on my desk, and the shirts I wear has changed my mindset. I urge you guys to do something similar even if at first it’s just on a subconscious level....over time it changes how you think, feel and view your life. It’s seems overly simplistic but surrounding yourself with positive, inspirational, motivational saying, phrases, people and environments ...can only elevate your life for the better. 3 Minutes or Less Quick Fat Loss Finisher ~ Waterfall 8 Burpees then 8 Squats. Next round 7 Burpees then 7 Squats. Complete this pattern taking off 1 Rep each round until you hit 1-1. The goal is under 3 minutes. Tag me at with your time and remember always chase quality reps NOT just the clock.
