5 Minutes or Less Finisher ~ Took our athletes through this to end their session today - Complete 60 Jacks - 50 Mt.Climbers - 40 Skater Hops - 30 Squats - 20 Toe Touches - 10 Burpees - 5 Inchworms in 5 minutes of less. 🔥 Fire Friday Sets 🔥 3 Moves: Deadlift - Front Loaded Squat Press - Pause Deadlift Sets - In Straight Sets Complete 10 Deadlift Reps x 5 sets resting as needed between sets (315lbs shown here) Next Front Loaded Squat & Press 10 Reps x 5 sets resting as needed between sets (135lbs shown here) Finish with 5 sets of 10 Rep Pause Deadlifts resting just above the floor for a split second to keep the tension constant (225lbs shown here) - 15 total sets = 150 Reps.
