Part 1 of a little core series I did this morning with my BBS Pilates ball. Available for sale from my website and in @bbsstudio If you don’t have a ball you can use a cushion. Lay flat on a mat or towel. Place the ball between your ankles to engage your adductors. The goal is to keep your back flat on the mat, imagine a knitting needle through your navel all the way down to your spine and the mat. Lower your legs at your own range of motion without compromising your form. Keep your elbows open and chin away from your chest in your crunches. 1. 15 reps 2. 8 reps 3. 8 reps Rest, repeat 3 sets

Fitness Friday! Let’s 🔥up those hamstrings and glutes. This single leg stability exercise requires strength and balance and forces the backs of your legs and booty to engage to stabilize you. I love this exercise, it’s fun but oh so challenging. You also need to rely on your core strength in the tuck roll down. Practice makes perfect though my beauties! Start with 8 reps on each leg. Try and build up to 12 reps and 4 sets. Also loving my UV blue ALO leggings. 😍 representing @aloyoga @bbsstudio
