Ok let's real talk you guys. The pic on the left is after 93 days of being 100% with my eating AND doing a week of carb cycling so like 110% clean. So of course my muscles will pop and be more defined. The pic on the right is a week later. And I ate whatever, whenever, rested my body and did some workouts. Did I lose some definition, yes. For all you weight crazies who nees numbers- I gained ONE lb, that's all. But the pic on the left isn't maintainable 24/7 for me. It made me crazy to eat THAT clean for that long. And I would rather lose a little progress and have a 85/90% clean lifestyle and the 15/10 be the more fun stuff, then feel mentally miserable over a few ab lines! That's real life guys. Most pictures you see floating around are of people's best. Before a competition, right after a workout with muscle pump. They dare not show you what happens when they aren't 100% and that's just not my style. Do I still look good? Absofreakinglutely. Am I going to stay like this forever? Nope. I'm still going to make gains as I move forward into my journey. Will I look better then the pic on the left at the end of these upcoming 6 weeks? 🤷idk, probably! Guess we will find out! What's MOST important for me to relay to you is 1. You can eat healthy MOST of the time and still look pretty dang good 😎. 2. My mindset means MUCH more to me then the way I look. If it takes me a little longer to get to my goals, then so be it! I'm going to enjoy my journey MUCH more along the way then being hard core strict! At the end of the day, you do what's best for you. But I'm gonna keep it real and show you guys how you can actually have your cake.. And eat it too! 😉🍰 because loving yourself every step of the way, will make life that much sweeter!
