G2G, when done properly with clean spawn can result in explosive and rapid growth. These are coming along nicely and the one that colonizes first will become yet another master jar.- P. cubensis (Cambodian), on WBS, sans sunflower seeds. 🍄 #shroomery

February 22, 2018: both bags have been infected by wet spot (bacillus sp). In bag 2, it had spread all across the bottom and sides of my bag. So I buried it yesterday with some soaked cardboard, whatever foliage I could find (as I read this could work with cubes) and mixed in my pasteurized substrate. Got back in the house, and noticed a small square of wet spot in bag 1. So, i buried that one today; same method but in a small pot outside. With any luck, I'll get a few fruits this spring but I doubt it since it's not warm enough right now. The mycelium could go dormant and start growing when it warms up though. Other than notes, this concludes this grow log. Notes and lessons for next time: DON'T wrap a scarf around bags and don't set them on the TV receiver. It gets too warm. Room temp is fine if incubator not available. Massage/shake at 20-30%. Shaking bags doesn't work Squeeze bags to aid GE once a week Be gentle with spore syringe. Plunger is deceiving Don't tell sporeworks you're cultivating their spores and expect a clean syringe when yours was contam'd, you moron Expect road bumps. The path to success is never smooth. Keep trying Don't make windows. Mycelium doesn't know how to tell time Miscellaneous info: I've been talking to my bags and told them that I love them. They make every day worth waking up. I've also been playing upbeat music for them like Bob Marley, clutch, and other stuff like that. It seems weird but I figured that the positive vibes could benefit them. Though they aren't plants, plants benefit from music and love so I don't think that mushrooms would be any different in that way Outdoor grow log will continue on another page. #shroomery 🍄 🍄💚
