Current status. You know when life gets the best of you? And you literally could not give any more flying f***s? Oh hai. 👋 I never thought I’d lose sight of what I wanted out of fitness or my determination to get it done. But I did. I am trying to find my way back to my happy place. Strength does not happen in one day, week, month. I’ve been consistent for about a month, and things are JUST starting to look up. Never give up. Ups and downs and ups and downs... round and round... you get what I’m sayin. #legday

FAVORITE GLUTE-HAMMY EXERCISE! ✅ - Wide Stance Sumo Squat: This variation on the smith machine allows you not to worry about the bar position but focus on driving your knees out and pushing through the heels. Quinoa tofu feta kale bites + spinach + roasted red pepper hummus🍃 Trained legs on Sunday, and trained shoulders and abs Monday! Loving my new shoulders training:😏🙌🏼 Bent arm front raise + military press (3) Y-presses + bent-over shoulder raise (3) Arnold press + around the world (3) Also added an abs circuit at the end, with the usual foamrolling + stretching!🔥 Tuesday & Wednesday will be rest days, to focus on university projects & exams. Hopefully I’ll be back to the gym on Thursday 🏋🏼‍♀️🤞🏼
