As promised, here’s an exercise that works your legs and booty! 🍑 KETTLEBELL SWINGS!! This can be done with jugs of water/milk, dumbbell, or with just your body weight (squats)! PLEASE if you have/have had any sort of back injury, consult your doctor before trying an exercise like this! Technique is immensely important, and one wrong swing can harm a pre-injured/injured back! 🤕 Be sure to use your legs to swing the weight back up - no arm muscle should be used aside from holding the weight! When at the peak of the swing, be sure to squeeze your glutes for maximum results! 🍑 . .
