hamstring / glute / ab circuit — 1. glute floor raises using a bosu for stabilization and dumbell 2. deadlifts using a weighted bar 3. standing oblique crunches with weighted bar 4. V-ups using a scooter (or towels on the floor) I repeated this circuit three times and my heart rate was way up! try this at the gym or modify at home with dumbbells or a household item with weight 🤗 . . . . . #fitness
