I finally got to workout today. Like a whole dang workout without stopping. It was great. Being a mom means that my workouts are at any time of the day when it’s convenient. I’m still trying to find a balance and schedule since we moved to Washington. But it’s not working in my favor. That doesn’t stop me from trying. I still get up everyday ready to kill it. Working out or not. It’s a great day. I get to be with my son. My most precious gift from God. First time hitting legs in a solid month. Had some bad knee pain/issue so took time off to rest it and heal. Went super light today and just focused on correcting my form. I never thought I’d miss leg day but damn, it feels good to be back!
Targeting Inner Thighs! —— I’m going to be 100% honest with you all and say that these exercises aren’t made to give you a thigh gap. In fact, thigh gaps may be seen on individuals with thin legs, it does not only have to do with being thin. It has a lot to do with the way your hips are aligned and there is not much you can change about that. I will admit that it used to frustrate me that my thighs touched and I never liked the look until I realized that there really isn’t anything I can do about it because it is not the way that I am built! But, you can strengthen your inner highs and shape them to be thinner and stronger! —— •Pulsing Sumo Squats •Plié Squat Jumps •Bottom Leg Lifts —— Theses @gymshark leggings are a Medium and used to be SUPER tight on me. Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed with your goals? Everyone announcing their new relationships, job offers, business deals, schooling achieves, babies, life in general and you’re just sitting over here likeeeee -.- because you just want everything youre working towards to happen ASAP. I think one of the hardest things people struggle with, because holllllla I definitely struggle with this - is to have PATIENCE. My stepdad always tells me “Rome wasn’t built in a day” and man, do I loathe that saying to this day because I know how much truth stands behind it. As much as we want things to happen RIGHT NOW, patience is key. Going into longterm goals and half-assing your efforts just to get them done won’t make you feel accomplish, if anything it will bite you in the butt because you’ll come to realize that you haven’t accomplished anything by rushing. Take the time to pore yourself whole-heartedly into your goals, even when you see everyone else’s achievements happening, Focus on yourself & where you are headed, patience pays off. . .
