Light chest, back and arms last night. Always remember to keep your back straight. Although it can be uncomfortable at times it’s the best way to avoid injury. When curling avoid swaying your bottom half of the body. Momentum picks up due to the unbalanced weight and your hips will naturally try to compensate for your arms motions... DON’T LET IT! That’s how you build arm strength. Rest your shoulders, straighten your back, and allow your biceps to constrict to pull upwards... then allow your triceps to constrict as you slowly bring the bar back down. With pushups remember to keep balanced. Keep your center of gravity and remember to bend those elbows 90degrees. Sometimes one side is stronger than the other and that’s ok! Just keep pushing! #5amflex
